The Quality College was held Sunday - Monday, 6 - 7 April 2014 and Friday, 11 April 2014, consisting of two-day, full-day and half-day workshops.
The 30th Annual Meeting and 4th Global QA Conference was held Tuesday – Thursday, 8 - 10 April 2014. Three days of plenary and concurrent sessions explored hot topics and the latest regulatory interpretations in the field. Sessions focused on regulatory-based topics in manufacturing (GMPs), preclinical (GLPs) and clinical (GCPs) research arenas. Other areas of interest included animal health, bioanalysis, biotechnology, computer validation, medical devices, university issues and much more.
As with the First Global Conference in Orlando, Florida in 2005, SQA hosted the OECD Working Group on GLPs to hold their meeting in conjunction, and approximately 100 GLP inspectors from OECD countries were present throughout the conference.
The International Scientific Committee included representatives of SQA�s co-sponsoring sister organizations, Japan Society of Quality Assurance and Research Quality Association (formerly BARQA), as well as representatives of SQA�s MoU affiliates invited from China, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and Taiwan.
This event for QA professionals offered 4.75 GCP/GLP RQAP Re-Registration Units (1.75 Tuesday, 1.75 Wednesday, 1.25 Thursday).
